Good to know
Is the free plan really free for ever?
Yes. The core of Vyora stays free, with unlimited users and projects. If prices ever change, changes only apply to new subscriptions.
Do I need a card to sign up?
No. Create an account, set up your organisation and invite your team without entering any payment details.
Who counts towards my team size?
Owners, admins and members. Viewers, who read and comment, and guests from outside your company are never counted.
Is moving from another tool really free?
Yes. Connect your Asana, Trello, monday.com or ClickUp account, or upload an export or spreadsheet, at no charge. If you'd like our team to do the move for you, assisted migration starts at £199 per account.
How do I add a pack?
Your organisation's owner adds packs from Admin → Billing inside Vyora. Packs apply to the whole organisation straight away.
What happens if a payment fails?
You get a few days' grace to sort it out. After that the organisation becomes read-only until it's paid. Nothing is deleted.
Can I take my data with me?
Always. Export everything in open formats whenever you like, on any plan.
Do packs work out cheaper than per-person plans?
For most teams, yes. A pack costs the same whether 4 or 10 people use it, and viewers and guests never count. Use Build your price to see your own figure.
What happens if our team grows into the next size?
Your packs move to the next size band's price from your next bill. Shrink back and the price comes down again.
Can we pay yearly?
Yes, and a year costs less than twelve months. Switch the prices above to Yearly to see what you'd pay.
Which currencies can we pay in?
Pounds, US dollars, euros and South African rand. Your organisation is billed in the currency it chooses.
Do prices include tax?
No. VAT or sales tax is added at checkout where it applies.
Can we drop a pack?
Yes, at any time, from Admin → Billing. Your data stays put; you just can't create new items with that pack's features until you add it back.
